Book a Consultation
Sometimes you know you need support, but you are not sure what kind of support would be most helpful. A social work consultation provides an opportunity to discuss your situation, identify your needs, explore available options, and determine practical next steps.
Consultations may be helpful for individuals, parents, caregivers, and families who are looking for guidance with:
-
Navigating community, health, social, or educational services
-
Understanding available resources and supports
-
Parenting or family concerns
-
School concerns, including IEPs and accommodations
-
Disability and accessibility needs
-
Care coordination between multiple services or providers
-
Advocacy and preparing for meetings
-
Identifying appropriate referrals or community resources
-
Problem-solving barriers to accessing services
A consultation can be a one-time appointment or the starting point for ongoing social work support, depending on your needs.
What to Expect
During a consultation, we will discuss what is happening, what you have already tried, and what you would like help with. Together, we can identify priorities, explore available resources and options, and develop practical next steps.
You do not need to know exactly what service you need before booking. We can figure that out together.
